• Order Confirmation: An order is only considered final once we have received written approval of the final digital design proof and the required deposit/full payment as per your account terms.

• Customization: You are responsible for ensuring that all logos, designs, and artwork provided to Ceynon Apparel for embroidery or printing are free from copyright infringement and that you possess the legal right to use them.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Payment Terms: Standard terms for corporate clients are [e.g., 50% deposit upon order confirmation, balance due upon delivery].

• Currency: All prices are quoted in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees) unless otherwise specified.

4. Production and Lead Times

• Estimated Delivery: We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, lead times are estimates and may be affected by material availability, customization complexity, or high-volume seasonal demand.

• Force Majeure: Ceynon Apparel is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to labor disputes, transport delays, or natural disasters.
